When do you train?
Monday 6:30am-8pm
Tuesday 6:30am-2pm
Wednesday 6:30am-8pm
Thursday 6:30am-8pm
Friday 6:30am-8pm

*These times are roughly set, I’m flexible with scheduling and working around what you need; Saturday & Sunday training sessions are occasional and will be notified if available.

Where do you train?
I train predominately out of Complete Body in Flatiron, clients aren’t required to join but can become a member if you’d like. Full locker rooms are available to you, with lockers, towels, and additional bath toiletries. Locks aren’t provided.

In addition to training at a number of gyms within apartment buildings, I also offer at-home training sessions with an additional fee. Weather permitting, I train in local parks throughout Manhattan & Brooklyn.

If you have a gym, apartment, or open space in mind that you’d like to be trained at, don’t hesitate in asking me to check it out!

Do I have to participate in both personl training & nutrition coaching?
No, while both services in conjunction truly optimize results, it’s up to you to decide what is best for you, your goals, & your committment.
