A modern dancer turned personal trainer & fitness enthusiast!
I first began personal training in New York quickly after I graduated Marymount Manhattan College with a BFA in dance performance. As my training career grew, I found myself more eager to be in the gym than in the dance studio. At that realization, I hung up my “dancing shoes” and I fell face first into fitness.
Over the years, my clients’ successes, lives, & stories have enriched & positively challenged my role as a trainer. Watching them struggle and grow in and outside the gym has been my main inspiration for LKYfit, adopting multiple aspects of health, wellness, and fitness to ease with the stresses & tribulations of everyday life.
Along with fitness, cooking has always been a huge passion of mine. Sharing health conscious recipes and preaching the “eat real food” mantra comes second to my training. It’s no mystery that exercise and nutrition go hand in hand; I coach on both these topics to create an overall healthier and fruitful lifestyle.
When I’m not in the gym you can find me perusing the goods at the local farmer’s market, chasing down a cat to pet, preparing my next delicious dish in my kitchen, or harvesting my imaginary garden in Brooklyn.
